Summer is here! … and it literally snowed yesterday! Living in the mountains can be surreal, but hey—it beats living in the city for this girl here! At the moment I sit watching the sun creep across my property and I cannot help but hear The Lion King in my head: Everything the sun touches is your kingdom. What an amazing life. What an amazing time to stretch. The last six months have been particularly trying for me and to be perfectly honest I have felt tested to the very core of my being. I love my family and they are truly my rock and at times my greatest kryptonite. I have leaned on Ephesians 2, 11-22 as we have navigated heat break, joy and figuring out how to pick up the pieces in between. During these last few months my discipline failed and fell out of running consistently, which was a bummer considering how hard I had to work to get to where I was. click me!
