Meet Kai

I am a 30 something year old mother to four, a wife, a caregiver and student nurse!

I am also learning to live life a second time after having Gastric bypass and losing literally half of my body weight. Running, hiking, camping and being outdoors makes me quite the happy little lady!

This blog is my place to share my love of running and the outdoors, because frankly... I drive my family batty and sharing is caring!
